The main goal of this project is to design and implement new systems and advanced software that could improve the user experience and increase the quality of services. In this project, we are focused on edge technologies and software development methods so that we can meet the technical and business needs of customers well.The Mandy Smart City is the evolutionary and final part of the Mega Mandy. In this project, we focus on city management, agricultural planning, smart vehicles and even the Metaverse world. The main goal of this project is to guarantee the quality and efficiency of energy and ideal services to all citizens of a city, to this end, it could be pledged that we have successfully completed the Mega Mandy.These three main projects will be on the agenda with the cooperation of the Mandy Expert Team. The Mandy Expert Team are specialists who provide new and creative solutions to customers’ needs. Regarding the fact that the Mega Mandy involve with diverse technologies in different distinct fields, the Mandy should consider separate expert teams to fulfill the Mandy goals.The Mandy assigned two separate teams to design software and hardware, while an architecture and civil engineering team is going to design and plan buildings. an electrical and mechanical engineering team defined to check ventilation and electrical systems, and a project management team is needed for overall coordination, budgeting and timing. The Mega Mandy is also divided into different phases consists of research and development, design, construction, testing and installation. In addition, the Mega Mandy requires constant coordination to keep in touch with customers, other organizations and relevant authorities. Therefore, the Mandy managers should use project management plans and strategies that include planning, controlling and monitoring project progress and quality assurance for the successful implementation of the Mega Mandy.
