As mentioned, the Mandy vision can be divided into three parts. The Mandy was born with the monitoring and control project of data centers, and the Mandy Smart Home will grow up it, and its evolution will depend on the implementation of the Mandy Smart City. Therefore, the Mandy Expert Team are working on a very large and challenging mega project, which includes three main projects.The Mandy DCIM is the starting point of the Mega Mandy. In this project, we are working on the development and implementation of an intelligent and comprehensive system that helps telecommunication companies and data centers (in fact, all centers with expensive electronic devices) in strategic decisions and operational management for power distribution. This system includes advanced smart algorithms and data analysis capabilities that help reduce costs, increase efficiency, and outperformance power supply centers.The Mandy Smart Home is the main and essential part of the Mega Mandy. The main goal of this project is to design and implement new systems and advanced software that could improve the user experience and increase the quality of services. In this project, we are focused on edge technologies and software development methods so that we can meet the technical and business needs of customers well.The Mandy Smart City is the evolutionary and final part of the Mega Mandy. In this project, we focus on city management, agricultural planning, smart vehicles and even the Metaverse world. The main goal of this project is to guarantee the quality and efficiency of energy and ideal services to all citizens of a city, to this end, it could be pledged that we have successfully completed the Mega Mandy.These three main projects will be on the agenda with the cooperation of the Mandy Expert Team. The Mandy Expert Team are specialists who provide new and creative solutions to customers’ needs. Regarding the fact that the Mega Mandy involve with diverse technologies in different distinct fields, the Mandy should consider separate expert teams to fulfill the Mandy goals.The Mandy assigned two separate teams to design software and hardware, while an architecture and civil engineering team is going to design and plan buildings. an electrical and mechanical engineering team defined to check ventilation and electrical systems, and a project management team is needed for overall coordination, budgeting and timing. The Mega Mandy is also divided into different phases consists of research and development, design, construction, testing and installation. In addition, the Mega Mandy requires constant coordination to keep in touch with customers, other organizations and relevant authorities. Therefore, the Mandy managers should use project management plans and strategies that include planning, controlling and monitoring project progress and quality assurance for the successful implementation of the Mega Mandy.
Mandy has distinct and unique features from various aspects. The first project of the Mega Mandy monitors and controls data centers’ environment conditions and power supplies stability. Existing monitoring systems only check the general condition of the environment and in some cases issue control commands. The Mandy DCIM, not only monitors and controls the environmental conditions, but also has taken a much further step and its goal is to ensure the stability of the network in an intelligent way. Maintaining stability is one of the main needs of any communication network and preventing failure and outages is one of the most important challenges of communication networks. On the other hand, issues related to redundancy and stability are observed in data and transmission sectors, and the fatal point of most telecommunication centers occurs in equipment related to power supply and cooling system’s sectors. This need is identified and solved by the Mandy DCIM.
As mentioned earlier, the Mega Mandy has several distinctive characteristics in each of his projects. In the Mandy Smart Home, the integration of BMS[1], health care and space design is a unique and unmatched idea that covers all the basic needs of people in their living areas. Moreover, the Mandy Smart Home completely personalizes his services and customizes them based on the knowledge he has gained on people’s mood, taste, physical characteristics and even their limitations.
